About

A 2~4 week residential builder batch program. Vibe Labs' freedom + Hacker House's enforcement + Ralphthon's content engine, compressed. 'Is the only way to trade behavior for money still lectures? Or is it investing in these people?' Late May~June first small batch (5 people, format validation).

Mechanics

Week 0 Behavioral Ralphthon bonds the cohort, then 2~4 weeks of residency. Daily: morning standup → individual/team building → afternoon pairing → evening demo. Friday open demo every week. Whole run filmed (documentary, YouTube, blog). Anthropic/OpenAI office hours. Final week: small demo (internal + key partners).

Revenue Model

First batch is exploratory — no revenue target. 1-2 partner anchor sponsors only. Batch #2 goes full on sponsors + content. Batch #3 adds participant investment. The lecture model is intentionally excluded.
