About
Running ralph + Codex isn't an event moment — it's a daily behavior, scaled to a 2-day-3-night rhythm. Exercise, meals, discussion, sleep woven around agents that keep working. A 24-hour rhythm designed and released as an open protocol. Not a hackathon — a 24-hour way of life.
Mechanics
Wake → ralph + Codex setup → CrossFit (60min, agents running) → shower/breakfast/ralph check → sync block → lunch (pre-meal reset → lunch is an autonomous window) → afternoon sync + pair review → walk + ralph check → dinner + protocol retro → night ralph setup + sleep. Validated pieces of the protocol get locked as v1 in markdown on the spot and go open source.
